Darren Lee

As the CEO of NextPage, Darren is the driving force behind the NextPage vision. Having raised over $60M to fund various startups, he knows what it takes to build, launch and grow a high-tech company. His leadership and experience in products, sales, marketing, and business development have successfully taken NextPage through important milestones, including product acquisitions and the introduction of new ventures.

Prior to leading NextPage, Darren was co-founder and vice president of sales and marketing at Knowlix Corp., where he was instrumental in creating a successful and profitable knowledge management software business that was acquired by Peregrine Systems. Before that, he drove strategy and marketing for Open Market and Folio.

Darren has been named a member of the vSpring Capital Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs (v|100) for the last six consecutive years. He currently serves as a board member for the state of Utah’s Technology Commercialization and Innovation Program.

Anthony Bettencourt

Anthony is Chairman and CEO of Coverity, a leader in software development quality and productivity. Prior to Coverity, Anthony served as the Chief Executive Officer of Verity, a leader in enterprise search. There, he led the company through its acquisition by Autonomy Corp. plc. Afterwards, he served successively as the CEO of Autonomy, Inc, CEO of Autonomy ZANTAZ and the CEO of Autonomy Interwoven. Anthony currently serves on the boards of Blinkx, CrownPeak, NetBase, and Coverity.

Mike Lee

Mike is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Dominion Ventures. His investment focus is software, financial services, and clean-tech. Mike currently serves on the boards of CamStar, Composite Technology, Relax the Back, Solan, and Sub-One.

Ralph Rasmussen

Ralph is the Managing Director of Beesmark Investments, a Utah based asset and investment management firm. In addition to overseeing the firm’s general asset and investment activities, Ralph is responsible for the firm’s angel investing in technology companies.
