NextPage was founded in 1999. Upon founding NextPage acquired technology assets and built a successful and profitable enterprise search business which was acquired by Fast Search & Transfer in 2004 and bought by Microsoft in January 2008.

After the sell of the enterprise search business NextPage focused on building another startup business building a suite of enteprise information risk and compliance applications. Today, NextPage builds and delivers information risk solutions to Global 2000 firms who have high litigation profiles and need to immediately address the risk of unstructued and unmanaged information.
