Nextpage® executives voted as top utah venture entrepreneurs

Tom Ngo and Cydni Tetro named as 2005 vSpring Capital Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs

Draper, Utah – March 2, 2005 – NextPage today announced that NextPage executives Tom Ngo, chief technology officer, and Cydni Tetro, vice president of product and corporate marketing, were named as 2005 vSpring Capital Top 100 Venture Entrepreneurs (v|100). This list, sponsored by vSpring Capital, recognizes the top 100 professionals who are involved in startup businesses or would be most likely to lead a successful venture in the next five to seven years.

Mr. Ngo and Ms. Tetro were nominated and voted onto the v|100 by their peers. First, they were nominated by business associates in the Utah high-tech community. Then, those nominees were contacted and asked to vote for the top 10 individuals who most likely fit the criteria of a top 100 venture entrepreneur. The 100 people with the most votes are named to the list.

Tom Ngo brings innovation and technical excellence to NextPage products. Mr. Ngo is responsible for directing and promoting the company’s technological vision. Prior to joining NextPage, he served as vice president of technology for netLens, Inc. He has also held a senior management position at Interval Research Corporation, the R&D organization funded by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.

Cydni Tetro directs the strategy and execution of NextPage’s global marketing initiatives—including brand management, market research, marketing communications, product marketing and strategy. Prior to joining NextPage, Ms. Tetro oversaw the Novell Directory Services (NDS) product management group at Novell and managed Novell's NDS technical support and escalation team.

These v|100 executives recently helped NextPage launch a unique product called NextPage 1.5 Document Collaboration. This subscription service eliminates ad hocdocument chaos for millions of business professionals who use Microsoft® Office every day. NextPage 1.5 Document Collaboration provides users with real-time status and notifications about all documents on which they collaborate, providing control over the ad hoc processes that create the estimated 7.5 billion documents produced each year. About NextPage

NextPage brings control to the ad hoc world of business by introducing the first service that ties together uncoordinated and disconnected document versions that are stored as e-mail attachments, on hard drives and on servers. NextPage’s subscription service delivers up-to-date feedback, tracking and notifications about document versions, using the tools users work with every day – e-mail and Microsoft Office applications. Teams and organizations rely on NextPage to prevent wasted time working on wrong document versions, reduce the risk of sending out incorrect information and deliver control to normally confusing ad hoc document processes. Since NextPage was established in July 1999, the company has been building profitable document applications. For more information, visit www.nextpage.com or call 801-748-4400.
