Kapp to discuss best practices for deploying collaborative content management technologies

Draper, Utah – April 18, 2006 – NextPage today announced that Tim Kapp, principal of BayHill Group, will present a case study highlighting best practices for deploying collaborative content management technology at the Gilbane Conference in San Francisco. The BayHill Group used NextPage 2 Document Collaboration to manage more than 3,000 documents to successfully reposition a large hotel conglomerate for rapid growth and financial success.

Kapp will be a panelist in the session titled, “Experiences Implementing Large Content Management Projects” that will examine the plans, strategies, technologies, and experiences of demanding large-scale deployments. The hour-long session takes place on Tuesday, April 25 at 11:00 a.m.

During his presentation, Kapp will explore the pitfalls of using centralized document management systems for large, complex projects including the reasons behind low adoption rates and the need for expensive training. He will also discuss how NextPage 2 Document Collaboration allowed BayHill’s staff to easily and efficiently share and collaborate using existing workflow processes and common software applications such as e-mail and Microsoft Office.
